Quick take
A compact 8-piece set with essential fly fishing tools in a portable format with retractable keychains.
This eight-piece fly fishing set bundles a four-in-one line clipper, a knot tyer, a line nipper and a hook-removing forceps, all in black stainless steel. Two coiled lanyards and two retractable keychains let you clip the tools to a vest, pack or tackle bag so they stay within reach. It suits fly anglers who want the small streamside essentials in one kit.
Best for
- Fly anglers who want multiple tools in one kit
- Streamside use and traveling to fishing spots
- Organizing small tools in a tackle bag
Skip if
- You prefer individual full-size tools for heavier use
- You tie large saltwater flies requiring bigger tools
Strengths
- Multipurpose 4-in-1 clipper covers line, sharpening and cleaning
- Retractable keychains keep tools from being lost overboard or in water
- Hand-tied lanyard connections allow easy attachment to vests or bags
Trade-offs
