Quick take
A jelly-based fish scent that sticks to lures and attracts bass by combining multiple bait flavors and aromas.
The Smelly Jelly Pro Guide in Bass Feast comes as a four-ounce jar of concentrated scent mixed into a jelly base. That jelly form lets you coat jigs, worms and hard baits before they go in the water. It is a practical choice for anglers who want their lures to carry a strong smell.
Best for
- Jigs and soft plastics for bass
- Hard baits that need added attraction
- When bass bites are slow
Skip if
- You prefer unscented lures
- You fish clear water where scent does not help
Strengths
- Thick jelly formula adheres to lures through casts
- Concentrated scent increases attraction
- Works on multiple lure types
Trade-offs
- Scent washes off with repeated casts
- Jars can dry out if not sealed well
- Not a substitute for proper lure selection
Fishing fit
- Species
- Bass

- Freshwater
