Quick take
An aluminum rod clip with a heavy-duty retractable zinger for keeping rod tips protected on a fishing vest.
This anodized aluminum rod clip pairs a foam-lined slot with a retractable zinger, so you can park your fly rod on your vest or pack and keep both hands free for tying on or releasing a fish. It handles light to medium rods up to about 13 mm in diameter and works one-handed. At just over an ounce, it stays out of the way until you need it.
Best for
- Fly fishing where quick rod access is essential
- Wading and bank fishing on moving water
- Anglers using multiple rods on a fishing trip
Skip if
