Quick take

A 7.3:1 baitcaster for general freshwater and saltwater casting.

This is a low-profile baitcasting reel in an orange finish, built for right-handed retrieval. It pairs a 7.3:1 gear ratio with a magnetic brake and an anti-reverse bearing, and carries a maximum drag of 18 pounds. At about 7.4 ounces with an aluminum handle, it suits anglers stepping into baitcasting who want a lighter reel with a brake to help manage casts.

Best for

  • Casting lures on light to medium setups
  • General purpose freshwater fishing

  • You need extreme accuracy for light lures
