Quick take
A 39-piece brass sinker kit with bullet weights and tackle for getting soft plastics down through weeds.
A boxed kit of 39 brass bullet-shaped sinkers in an organized plastic case. The bullet profile slips through weeds and around rocks, which suits soft plastic rigs for bass, and the set works in freshwater or saltwater. It is a handy tackle-box refill for shore and boat anglers who like to carry a few weights on hand.
Best for
- Bass fishing in heavy vegetation
- Soft plastic lure rigging and finesse techniques
- Shore anglers who need a variety of weight sizes
Skip if
- You primarily fish open water where egg sinkers or split shot work better
- You prefer pre-tied rigs to assembling your own
Strengths
- Bullet design makes weights slip through grass with minimal snagging
- Brass construction is durable and corrosion-resistant
- Complete kit includes hooks and swivels for immediate rigging
Trade-offs
- Bullet weights slide on the line and may not hold bottom in fast current
- All weights included rather than individual sizes you choose
- Box storage takes up tackle space compared to loose singles
