Quick take
A pre-tied stainless steel wire bottom rig with two arms and spreader to keep baits away from the main leader.
This is a ten-piece set of two-arm bottom rigs built from nylon-coated, seven-strand stainless steel wire, each with a snap, swivels and red beads. The arms hold hooks away from the main leader, which helps keep bait from tangling, and hooks or weight can be swapped without retying. It suits anglers fishing the bottom in saltwater and surf who want ready-made rigs on a 75 cm leader.
Best for
- Saltwater bottom fishing with multiple hooks
- Surf fishing for multiple species
- Rigs where sharp teeth demand wire protection
Skip if
- You fish freshwater; this is for saltwater
- You prefer lighter mono leaders; wire is heavier
Strengths
- Two arms keep baits separated to reduce tangles
- Nylon coating on wire protects visibility and handle
- Quick change setup with interlock snap
Trade-offs
- Wire is heavier and sinks faster than mono
- Two-arm design adds drag through water
- Limited to bottom fishing techniques
Fishing fit
- Water
- Saltwater
- Techniques
- Bottom fishing
- Surf fishing
