Quick take
Zero-stretch braided line in 15 lb test for sensitive lure fishing in freshwater and saltwater.
This green braided line tests at 15 pounds across 300 yards, suited to freshwater and light saltwater fishing. At about 0.21 mm across, it runs slim for its test weight. The included spooling tool makes winding a reel straightforward whether you are new to braid or have spooled plenty of it.
Best for
- Lure fishing where bottom feel and bite detection matter
- Both freshwater and saltwater applications
- Direct connection to lures without a separate leader
Skip if
- You need inherent stretch for shock absorption
- You prefer monofilament in clear water
Strengths
- Zero stretch provides direct feel of bottom and lure action
- Japanese fiber construction ensures consistent quality
- Works equally well in freshwater and saltwater
Trade-offs
- Braided line is more visible to fish than monofilament
- Lack of stretch can break light tippet on hard strikes
- Requires a separate leader in clear water to avoid spooking fish
Fishing fit
- Water
- Freshwater
- Saltwater
