Quick take
8-fiber braided line with GORE Performance Fiber for superior abrasion resistance and small diameter for longer casts.
Sufix 832 Advanced Superline is an 8-fiber braided line in 6 lb test, sold as a 150-yard spool in Ghost. Its braid combines seven HMPE fibers with one GORE Performance Fiber, woven at 32 picks per inch. A bass angler who fished it on finesse setups described it as supple, with knots that tie well, which suits light spinning rigs.
Best for
- Long-distance casting on spinning and baitcast reels
- Detecting subtle bites with sensitive lure work
- Saltwater fishing where abrasion resistance matters
Skip if
- You prefer line with less visibility to fish
- You fish situations where stretch provides a buffer on hooksets
Strengths

- Small diameter allows smaller reel capacities and longer casts
- Proven strength and consistency across conditions
Trade-offs
