Quick take
Compact telescopic combo weighing just 13 oz with fishing pliers and gripper, ideal for travel and beginner anglers.
This hotoby combo pairs a telescopic carbon fiber rod of about 6.9 feet with a 3000-size spinning reel, spooled with 10 lb monofilament. The rod collapses to under 14 inches, so it travels easily in a car or bag. It arrives with pliers, a lip gripper, a tackle box of lures and hooks, and a carrier bag, which makes it an easy way for a first-timer to start casting for bass.
