Quick take
Insulated neoprene chest waders for kids with reinforced knees and boot vamp for warmth and protection in wet environments.
This is a camo neoprene bootfoot chest wader sized for a little kid, in the 6/7 size. The 3.5 mm neoprene upper with a stretch liner keeps a young angler warm in cold water, and a chest pocket holds small gear. A belted waist and adjustable straps let it be fitted as the child grows, so it suits family trips for fishing or waterfowl.
Best for
- Kids fishing in cool weather or spring conditions
- Hunting and outdoor adventures beyond just fishing
- Learning to wade safely with better bottom grip
Skip if
- You fish summer water where neoprene overheats
- Your child needs more size adjustment; hip waders may fit better
Strengths
- 3.5 mm neoprene insulates in cold water
- Reinforced knee pads and boot vamp protect during climbing
- Belted waist and arm straps keep the waders from sliding
Trade-offs
- Neoprene becomes bulky and warm in summer water
- One-piece design limits sizing options as the child grows
- Neoprene requires drying and proper storage to prevent mildew

- Water
- Freshwater

- Beginner
