Quick take
Foldable 7-inch fillet knife with integrated cutting board for fish processing on boats and docks.
This set pairs a 7-inch folding fillet knife with a folding cutting board, so you can clean a catch on the dock, at camp or on the boat. The knife has a Wharncliffe blade of titanium-coated high carbon stainless steel and a rubber handle, and the blade folds away like a pocketknife. The board closes up to fit a tackle bag or kitchen drawer and has a sharpener built into it.
Best for
- Fish cleaning at the tackle box or boat
- Anglers who store gear in compact spaces
- Saltwater and freshwater fish processing
Skip if
- You need a fixed blade for heavy work
- You prefer separate knife and board
Strengths
- Titanium coating resists corrosion in saltwater
- Integrated cutting board stays with knife
- Folds for storage in tackle bags and boat boxes
Trade-offs
- Folding design may loosen with frequent use
- Built-in sharpener adds weight and thickness
- Smaller than fixed knives, less control on large fish
