Quick take
8-foot two-piece casting rod with graphite and fiberglass construction suited for nearshore saltwater and freshwater.
This 8-foot, two-piece Ugly Stik Tiger is a medium-light casting rod built from graphite and fiberglass. It handles 12 to 30 pound line and lures from 1 to 4 ounces, which suits nearshore fishing for catfish and similar species. The long length gives an angler extra casting reach, and the two-piece design makes it easier to carry.
