Quick take
A fluorocarbon shock leader for eging, a squid fishing technique, with low elongation and high knot strength.
This 8 lb fluorocarbon shock leader is made for eging, joining the main line to the squid rig. Its natural color and 30 m spool make it a practical pick for anglers fishing squid from a pier or boat. The line's rating makes it a fit for lighter eging setups where the leader needs to match the squid tackle.
Best for
- Squid fishing with egging rigs
