Quick take
A nylon shock leader that resists damage from teeth and abrasion during casting.
This is an 80 lb monofilament shock leader in Misty Gray, sold on a 50 m spool. Nylon gives it moderate stretch, which suits anglers tying a leader between main line and a heavy lure or toothy fish. It is a fit for those who want a soft-handling leader that keeps lure action intact.
