Quick take

Compact zippered case protects portable Vexilar fish finder electronics from dust, moisture and impact during transport and storage.

This soft carry case from Vexilar is made for the Pro Pack II and Ultra Pack flasher systems. It has a waterproof bottom, a zippered rear opening for transducer access and a carry handle, so the unit travels to the ice in one piece. It suits ice anglers who already run one of those Vexilar kits and want it protected on the walk out.

Best for

Storing your Vexilar flasher safely between ice fishing sessions
Transporting fish finder from vehicle to boat or house
Protection during boat storage or off-season hibernation

Skip if

You keep your fish finder mounted and powered on the boat year-round
You prefer hard case protection for salt spray environments

Strengths

Soft case fits in boat console or tackle locker without taking space
Water-resistant exterior sheds melting ice or bucket water splashes
Portable design with handles lets you grab and go quickly

Trade-offs

Soft case offers less protection than hard cases from crushing damage
Water resistant is not waterproof; prolonged immersion will seep in
Sized specifically for Vexilar; may not fit larger or different brands
