Quick take
Small crossover pliers designed for rigging wacky-style and neko-style soft plastic baits.
These plastic crossover pliers are made for fitting rings onto soft plastic worms for Wacky and Neko rigs. You slip a ring over the jaws, squeeze to stretch it, slide the bait in and let go. Spare rings tuck into compartments in the handles, so the tool stays handy on the water for anglers who rig these baits often.
