Quick take
A vertical plastic rod rack that holds 16 spinning or casting rods in minimal floor space.
A freestanding floor rack in blue ABS plastic that holds up to 16 rods, spinning or casting, with the reels removed. It stands about 35 inches tall on a footprint of roughly 17.5 by 8.25 inches, so it tucks into a garage or spare-room corner. A built-in carrying handle makes it easy to move, and it keeps rods upright and untangled between trips.
Best for
- Home and garage storage for growing rod collections
- Keeping rods untangled and organized
- Anglers with limited closet or wall space
Skip if
- You store rods in cases or wall-mounted holders
- You own fewer than 8 rods
Strengths
- 16-rod capacity fits most home collections
- Lightweight ABS plastic avoids anchor-bolt installation
- Vertical design uses minimal floor footprint
Trade-offs
- Rods stored without reels may rattle if bumped
- ABS plastic degrades in direct sunlight
- No protection from dust or handling damage
