Quick take
A telescoping aluminum landing net with tangle-free nylon mesh that extends from 47.5 to 80 inches for fly, lake and pier fishing.
This telescoping landing net pairs an aluminum handle with soft nylon mesh and collapses down for carrying in the included bag with a belt clip. The extra reach helps when you are fishing from a kayak, boat or pier and need to scoop a fish without leaning out. It suits anglers who want a compact net that stows easily between spots.
Best for
- Fishing from kayaks where a full-size net is hard to manage
- Pier and bank fishing where reach is more important than maneuverability
- Anglers seeking one net that adapts to multiple fishing situations
Skip if
- You need a rigid, compact net for stream wading
- You fish in saltwater where corrosion resistance is critical
Strengths
- Telescoping handle lets you adjust reach from 47.5 to 80 inches
- Tangle-free mesh prevents snagging lures and fly lines
- Lightweight aluminum frame is easy to carry and use
Trade-offs
- Telescoping mechanism can become loose over time
- 14-inch mesh opening is standard, not oversized for large fish
- Aluminum corrodes in saltwater without regular maintenance
