Quick take
Soft lead split shot with a controlled hinge that grips fine fishing line without causing damage.
This round split shot in BB size comes 60 to a pack and is made of soft lead with a hinge that closes on fine line. Anglers squeeze it on by hand and pry it open with a thumbnail, so no pliers are needed. It suits casting and sinking bait rigs aimed at bass, perch and walleye.
