Quick take
3-inch fat Senko soft-plastic stick baits that fall slowly and work weightless, wacky, Texas-rigged or on a Carolina rig.
This is a 3-inch Fat Senko soft plastic stickbait in green pumpkin with black flake, sold as a 10-pack. It is a bass lure with a soft, salt-loaded body that sinks with the classic Senko wiggle. Anglers rig it weightless, wacky style, on a shaky head or on a Carolina rig.
Best for
- Bass in shallow to mid-depth water
- Finesse presentations with light line
- Wacky rigging on small worm hooks
Skip if
- You need a faster-falling lure; the fat profile sinks slower
- You want a lure with built-in action
Strengths
- The fat 3-inch profile falls slower than thinner stick baits, staying in strike zones longer
- Works in multiple rigging styles: weightless, wacky, Texas-rigged or on Carolina rig
- Color pattern with black flake imitates natural baitfish and crayfish
- Soft plastic is durable and holds hooks well through multiple fish
Trade-offs
- Fat profile falls slower than slim Senko alternatives
- Stick baits have no built-in action and rely on the retrieve

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
