Quick take

Stand-up shaky head jig with horizontal line tie that keeps soft plastic baits vertical, suited for power shaking and finesse.

Best for

  • Power shaking soft plastics on the bottom
  • Bass in clear water with light line
  • Finesse presentations near structure

Skip if

  • You need traditional round jig heads
  • You fish moving water requiring different rigging

Strengths

  • Stand-up head angle keeps plastic bait up in fish's face
  • Horizontal line tie keeps jig tracking true
  • Plastic keeper holds soft baits securely
  • Pumpkin color blends with many bottoms

Trade-offs

  • Specialized design works best with Yum plastics
  • Horizontal tie requires adjusted casting
