Quick take
A 3 inch soft plastic grub with a fat ribbed body and oversized thin ribbon tail that swims at slower speeds.
This is a 3-inch soft plastic ribbontail grub from Yum Lures in lime chartreuse, sold as a 15-count pack. The slender curled tail keeps swimming at slower retrieve speeds, and the bright color is easy for bass to see. It suits anglers who want a basic grub to rig on a jig head.

About this type

Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
