Quick take
Upsized 4-inch stick bait with dimpled body and buoyant construction for finesse bass fishing.
The Big TRD is a 4-inch soft stick bait with a larger profile for anglers who want more attention in the water. It comes as a six-bait pack in green pumpkin. Its buoyant ElaZtech body keeps it upright on the bottom at rest, and it is designed to pair with Power Finesse ShroomZ jigheads while also rigging wacky, Texas, Carolina or pitched.
Best for
- Slow-rolling along the bottom on a jighead
- Pitching and flipping cover for largemouth
- Wacky rigging for extra action
Skip if
- You fish open water with crankbaits
- You need sinking baits for deep ledges
Strengths
- Buoyant ElaZtech keeps it off bottom between rod movements
- Larger profile draws bigger bass than the original Finesse TRD
- Stands upright on a Power Finesse head
Trade-offs

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
