Quick take

A 5-pack of heavy-duty ned rig jigheads with extra-strong Mustad hooks for use with heavy cover or current.

Best for

  • Ned rig presentations in heavy current
  • Deep finesse situations requiring stouter tackle
  • Repeated rigging with secure keeper design

Skip if

  • You fish light tackle exclusively
  • You fish shallow calm water

Strengths

  • Extra-heavy duty Mustad UltraPoint hooks allow heavier tackle
  • Split keeper design easily rigs and holds plastics
  • USA-made construction ensures quality

Trade-offs

  • Heavier duty hook design is overkill for light finesse
  • Limited to one color in this pack
  • Weight still only 1/10 oz despite heavy-duty classification
