Quick take
Mushroom-head Ned rig jigheads with medium-wire 2/0 hooks and a wire keeper for ElaZtech soft baits, sized 1/3 oz.
This four-pack of Ned rig jigheads pairs a mushroom-shaped head with a 2/0 hook, a step up in size from the standard finesse versions. The 1/3 oz weight in green pumpkin suits anglers who want to keep a finesse presentation down in deeper water or current. A welded wire keeper holds soft plastics such as small TRD-style baits snugly on the hook.
Best for
- Finesse fishing with TRD baits in clear water
- Drop-shot and light tackle setups
- Bass in structure and tight quarters
Skip if
- You prefer traditional round jigheads
- You fish with non-ElaZtech plastics exclusively
Strengths
- Medium-wire 2/0 hook balances penetration and strength for heavier tackle
- Mushroom-shaped head is preferred by Ned rig anglers
- Welded wire keeper grips ElaZtech baits securely without slipping
Trade-offs
- 1/3 oz is relatively heavy for finesse fishing and may limit subtle presentations
- Requires ElaZtech plastic baits for optimal performance
- May be overkill for ultra-light conditions or small fish
