Quick take
A 4 in scented swimbait with a segmented body and thin paddle tail for saltwater fishing.
The Scented PaddlerZ is a 4 inch soft swimbait sold in packs of five, with a segmented body and thin paddle tail that wiggle on both fast and slow retrieves. It can be rigged on a weighted swimbait hook or a jig head, or run as a trailer on a spinnerbait or buzzbait. Anglers working grass for a surface buzz or inshore flats for a slow bottom hop will find it suits both approaches.

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
