Quick take

Telescopic landing nets with aluminum handles that fold to 17 inches for easy transport and extend to 51 inches for use.

This is a two-net set, one black and one white, each with an aluminum telescopic pole and a rubber grip that reaches out to 51 inches. The nylon mesh head is about 15 inches long and 15 inches deep, and a push button folds each net down to roughly 17 inches for carrying. The extra reach suits kayak, boat, shore and pond fishing in fresh or salt water.

Best for

Kayak and boat fishing where storage space is limited
Saltwater and freshwater fishing in lakes, rivers and ocean
Anglers who want a compact net that doesn't stay large

Skip if

You need a stationary net rack for regular use
You prefer rubber mesh for delicate fish

Strengths

Folds to 17 inches so fits easily on boats and kayaks
Nylon mesh is durable and dries quickly after saltwater use
15 inch depth is adequate for most freshwater and saltwater species

Trade-offs

Telescoping handles can be harder to control than fixed poles
Nylon mesh doesn't grip fish as well as rubber
Small mesh size increases drag when swinging through water

Fishing fit

Water: Freshwater
Saltwater
