Quick take
A 20-pack of 6-inch salt-infused worms with a flowing U-tail that creates action on a steady retrieve.
A 20-count pack of mid-size soft plastic worms in Gourd Green, with a ribbed body and a flowing U-shaped tail. The curled tail keeps moving on a slow retrieve, which suits Texas rigging for bass. Salt-infused plastic is part of the formula.
Best for
- Finesse fishing for bass on light spinning gear
- Panfish in lakes and ponds
- Any worm-rig application
Skip if
- You want a stiffer worm for flipping in cover
- You prefer a stick-style worm
Strengths
- Salt mixture makes fish hold on longer, increasing hook-ups
- U-tail creates substantial water displacement and action
- 20-pack ensures extras for snags or lost rigs
Trade-offs
- Junebug is a dark color; difficult to see if rigged without weight
- Softer plastic tears easily on snags
- U-tail style is less efficient for slow presentations

About this type
A lure is an artificial bait that draws a strike with its shape, color and movement.
Each kind is built for certain depths and ways of fishing.
Weight decides how far a lure casts and what rod and line it needs; color changes how visible it is in the water.
