Quick take
Twenty plastic clip-on fishing bells that ring when fish strike to alert anglers at a distance.
This is a 20-piece set of clip-on rod bells, each pairing a plastic clamp with a small metal bell that jingles when a fish pulls the line. They suit anglers who fish from the bank or a pier and want a sound cue so they can look away from the rod tip. Each clip measures about 4.6 x 3.6 x 2.2 cm and has a hole for attaching a small light or glow stick for after-dark sessions.
Best for
- Watching multiple rods from a distance
- Bank or pier fishing where you can't sit with the rod
- Overnight or trolling setups
Skip if
- You fish close to your rod and feel every bite
- You have an electronic bite alarm system
Strengths
- Set of 20 lets you rig many rods
- Audible alarm gets attention at distance
- Lightweight plastic clip doesn't affect lure action
Trade-offs
- Metal bells corrode quickly in saltwater
- Plastic clips can break with heavy use
- Small sound gets lost in wind or boat noise
