Quick take
A compact suspension scale with a stainless hook and aluminum body, ideal for weighing fish up to 25 lb.
The Booms Fishing TS1 is a compact spring tube scale that reads up to 25 pounds (11 kg) in both pounds and kilograms. It needs no batteries, and a slider holds the peak reading so you can check a fish's weight after it settles. It suits anglers who want a simple hanging scale for the boat or the dock, or a way to check line and drag pull.
Best for
- Measuring catch size for bragging rights

Strengths
- Stainless construction resists saltwater corrosion
- Rubber slider records peak weight for times when hands are wet
- Dual units (lb and kg) match preferences

Trade-offs
- Analog readout requires steady hand to read accurately
- 25 lb limit is too low for large offshore fish
- Not waterproof; rinse and dry after saltwater use
