Quick take
A rotating floor rod rack that holds 16 rods of any type and spins 360 degrees for easy access to any rod.
This Ghosthorn rack is a wooden floor stand that turns a full 360 degrees, so any of its 16 rods can be reached without moving the base. Its rod clips take rods from 0.2 to 0.66 inch in diameter, so the thickest rod in your collection sets the fit limit. Unlike the wall-mounted racks, it stands on the floor and needs no wall or ceiling mount. The wood frame suits a garage, basement or cabin corner. Use it when you want every rod visible and within reach from one spot.
Best for
- Garage and man-cave storage that organizes large collections
- Anglers with multiple rod and reel combos
- Displays where you want your rods visible and accessible
Skip if
- Your space is limited to wall-mounted storage
- You want to store rods horizontally
Strengths
- 360-degree rotation means you never have to reach to the back
- Holds rods with reels already installed
- Sturdy base and wood construction support heavy fully-rigged setups
Trade-offs
- Takes up significant floor space at 30 in tall
- Must be placed on flat, hard flooring for smooth rotation
- Rotating mechanism may wear over many years

Common questions
How many rods does the Ghosthorn 360 rotating rod rack hold?
The Ghosthorn 360 degree rotating rack holds up to 16 rods, including spinning and baitcasting combos with their reels still attached. Each rod sits in a top-mounted clip, and the base is wide enough that the rack stays stable when fully loaded.
What rod diameter does the Ghosthorn wood rod rack fit?
The rack's rod clips fit rods from 0.2 to 0.66 inch in diameter, the range the maker gives for this model. A thicker saltwater rod, such as a heavy trolling rod, can fall outside that range, so measure the butt section before you buy.
Can the Ghosthorn 360 rod rack be wall mounted?
No. This model is a floor stand with a wide wood base and no wall or ceiling mount. It rests on anti-slip foam pads for hard floors, so it works in a garage, basement or cabin where there is open floor space.
