Quick take
A waterproof hard plastic tackle box with O-ring seal for storing tackle, phones, and valuables.
The Plano 3400 Waterproof StowAway is a small, clear single-compartment case for the things you want to keep dry on the water, like a phone, keys or a few terminal tackle items. An O-ring seal and three cam-action latches hold the lid shut, and the transparent body lets you see what is inside at a glance. It is a pocket-friendly add-on for kayak and boat days rather than a full tackle system.
