Quick take

Water-soluble PVA mesh for quick bait delivery and presentation in carp and float fishing.

Best for

  • Carp fishing with pellet and paste baits
  • Float rigs where mesh holds bait in place
  • Quick dissolution for natural bait presentation

Skip if

  • You fish moving water; mesh dissolves too fast
  • You want long-lasting rigs; PVA is temporary

Strengths

  • Dissolves in 45 seconds; releases bait when it hits the bottom
  • Three widths suit different bait volumes
  • Scissors included for quick cutting

Trade-offs

  • PVA is sensitive to moisture; storage requires dryness
  • Mesh works best in still or slow water
  • Not suitable for saltwater; PVA deteriorates in salt
